Our data-logging facility is a key feature of our products. It allows facility managers the opportunity to manage their natural ventilation, heating and cooling strategies. It includes a self-test function to reduce expensive site maintenance visits and data output for Monodraught to enable us to continue to continuously develop products.

Windcatcher Controller (IN0001 & IN0002)

This wall controller is mounted in a ventilated zone. It provides local temperature override, temperature sensing and CO2 measurement (IN0002), all encoded onto a single 0 - 10V analogue output. Timed overrides are configurable on commissioning (20 mins, 1 hour or 3 hours). The CO2 sensor (IN0002) automatically recalibrates during unoccupied periods. The controller is particularly suitable for applications requiring demand-controlled ventilation and is recommended with Monodraught iNVent 2 or third party BMS systems.

Sola-Boost controller (IN0003 & IN0004)

This wall controller is mounted in ventilated zone and must be paired with the correct PowerTrack unit. The controller provides local temperature override, temperature sensing and CO2 measurement (IN0004), all communicated to the PowerTrack and then encoded onto a single 0 - 10V analogue output. Timed overrides are configurable on commissioning (20 mins, 1 hour or 3 hours). The CO2 sensor (IN0004) automatically recalibrates during unoccupied periods. The controller is particularly suitable for applications requiring demand-controlled ventilation and is recommended with Monodaught iNVent 2 or third party BMS systems.

HTM Louvre Override Control

The HTM wall controller is designed to be mounted within a zone containing up to two HTM units. Via the wall controller, the user has the ability to control the fan speed / turn off the fan, as well as the ability to open the VENTSAIR Louvres at various increments to aid in bringing in fresh air into the room.

HTM Window Override Controller

The HTM wall controller is designed to be mounted within a zone containing up to two HTM units. Via the wall controller, the user has the ability to control the fan speed as well as turn off the fan. Should the air quality fall below a set point the controller will notify the user through open window indicator, to indicate that the windows should be opened to aid ventilation.

HTM - LTHW Override Controller

The HTM wall controller is designed to be mounted within a zone containing up to two HTM units. Via the wall controller, the user has the ability to control the fan speed / turn off the fan, as well as the ability to adjust the heating setpoint of the occupied space by +/- 2°C.

The wall mounted controller houses two sensors which monitor the room’s temperature and CO2 level.  If the CO2 level rises above 900 ppm, the system will operate in natural ventilation mode by opening both the external and recirculation damper allowing fresh air into the space. If more fresh air is required in summer, the unit will automatically open the VENSTAIR louvre. If the external temperature falls below 15°C, the unit will operate in mixed mode; mixing external air with room air before bringing it into the room to prevent cold draughts.
If the CO2 level rises above 1100 ppm, the HTM will operate in boost mode; bringing in fresh air into the room and reducing the CO2 level.
The user has the ability to adjust the heating set point of the occupied space by +/- 2°C.

HTM Multi-VENTSAIR Override Controller

The HTM Multi-VENTSAIR controller is designed to be mounted within a zone containing up to two HTM units. Via the wall controller, the user has the ability to control the fan speed / turn off the fan, as well as the ability to open up to three VENTSAIR Louvres at various individual increments to aid in bringing in fresh air into the room. This iteration of the HTM override controller allows for an improved level of control over how a room is ventilated when multiple VENTSAIR louvres are present, without impeding the systems automated functions.

Smart Screen Controller

Designed for Cool-Phase, HTM F, HTM FS. The recently launched Smart Screen Controller is a high-quality touchscreen interface that provides a graphical overview of the operation of Monodraught ventilation systems. The user can explore how the systems works, adjust settings and find out system information in order to maintain a comfortable environment with minimal energy use. It provides information about CO2 and temperature levels and guides the user on appropriate action.

LINC PowerTrack

The LINC PowerTrack is the latest control and power distribution method for the Monodraught SOLA-BOOST ventilation system, replacing the original PowerTrack device, with a more robust, simplified and flexible design.
The LINC PowerTrack is made up of two separate components, the LINC mainboard and the PowerTrack expansion module. The LINC mainboard controls the actuator and digital communication, and the PowerTrack module monitors and distributes external and solar power to the fan.

The LINC PowerTrack is used in conjunction with an iNVent 2 control system. The LINC system utilises digital communication to send and receive data improving the speed, distance and quantity of data transfer. A digital network of up to three LINC PowerTracks and a wall controller can be installed in a single zone. This system eliminates the need to have unique master and slave PowerTrack units, as a device can act as either depending on the networks configuration. LINC PowerTrack are discovered and monitored using this digital network by the wall controller. If a device becomes unresponsive, the system will rediscover networked devices, ignoring the malfunctioning unit.

Rain Sensor Kit

The Rain Sensor Kit comprises of: IN0043 IP65 DIN rail Enclosure for liquid detection module, IN0042 Liquid detection module and IN0040 Rain Sensor. The kit provides detection of rain through a volt-free changeover relay output. The Rain Sensor incorporates a heater to dry the sensor post sensing event and to prevent erroneous detection of mist etc. This kit is suitable for most applications requiring precipitation detection and is recommended for use with Monodraught iNVent control systems or third party BMS solutions.

Temperature & CO2 Sensors

Combined CO2 & Temperature Sensor (IN0081)

The IN0081 is a Combined CO2 /Temperature Sensor suitable for use as an additional with iNVent 2 panels. It uses a room CO2 measurement device using NDIR technology with a range of 400 - 2000 ppm, and includes a temperature sensor with a range of 0 – 50°C. The unit also incorporates LED indicators for the CO2 level to advise occupants when it might be sensible to operate additional manually controlled ventilation, such as windows. The CO2 sensor features an Automatic Background Calibration which will recalibrate the sensor back to a background level during unoccupied periods to cancel sensor drift and maintain accuracy over the typical product lifespan. The unit has a combined output for use with iNVent 2 which indicates the temperature, unless a CO2 threshold of 1500 ppm is triggered, and stays in this mode until the CO2 drops down below 1200 ppm. iNVent 2 can receive the separate temperature and CO2 signals, providing more precise control of temperature and CO2 .
