Working with Oktra South, Monodraught were pleased to support the UKPC move from Denham to Voyager House, Loudwater by way of undertaking comfort cooling and ventilation modifications to an existing building. Monodraught were engaged to validate the existing Daikin Comfort Cooling and Ventilation systems. We devised a solution to re-use the existing equipment to fit in with UKPC's office modifications, ensuring that there was as little disruption as possible.

Monodraught are an award winning market leader in ventilation and cooling, providing high performance competitive systems with low running costs.  These highly reliable systems are designed for low maintenance and are backed up with extended warranties.  Remote monitoring increases the lifespan of the equipment and ensures they are running at optimum efficiency.

UKPC created a Comms Room which required a separate dedicated Air Conditioning system.  It was essential that the room maintained a constant temperature in this space. We recommended a Daikin wall mounted system from their Skyair range, which qualified for the Enhanced Capital Allowance scheme, a specific requirement from the Client.

Ductwork modifications were made to allow for multiple additional offices to the building. This was achieved by Monodraught engineers pumping down the existing Daikin VRV system and moving ducted indoor units and all associated ductwork to suite the new layout.  The installation team also re-located an existing Daikin VAM MVHR unit, including necessary ductwork modifications.
