Oktra recently designed and managed the development of a new office space for Vifor Pharma in Staines. On behalf of Oktra, Monodraught’s air conditioning team conducted a mechanical refurbishment of the building from Cat A to Cat B in January 2020. The client required fresh new premises with lots of natural light and space for employees to work and collaborate.
The work was all installed and commissioned to ensure the building was occupied on time and was ready to meet the client’s expectations.
