We are looking for After Sales Manager

Job Outline

The main aim of the role is to manage Monodraught’s after sales department which includes maintenance sales, technical support, commissioning and warranty. There are three existing members of staff in this department. The role will require liaising with end users and contractors, managing the existing staff, ensuring commissioning and troubleshooting is conducted efficiently, proactively managing product warranty issues and maximising maintenance sales. A close working relationship will be required with the National Installation Manager and the R&D team.

Any training required can be provided, but the ideal candidate will already have significant experience in the HVAC sector and possess a high level of working technical knowledge with Monodraught or equivalent products.

Professional Experience

  • 10 years experience, latterly in an accountable technically biased role ideally within the ventilation sector.
  • A track record of delivering projects, developments or business growth on target.
  • Experience of working in a business with significant sales channel complexity including specifiers, contractors and end-users.

Personal Characteristics

  • A strong communicator who can express technical concepts clearly with an ability to effectively manage client expectations and develop strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Determined, focused and metric driven with an attention for detail and strong capability in planning.
  • Decisive and able to plan and prioritise workload, consistently providing high quality work.


  • Although not essential, further education (HNC/HND/Degree) in a numerate or ideally an engineering discipline is desirable.
  • Must have a full UK driving licence.
