We are looking for an Air Conditioning Projects Engineer.

Job Outline

Monodraught want to recruit an additional person to join the A/C division due to rapid growth of the business. We are recognised as fully approved installers for Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric and a number of other brands of AC equipment. We also actively promote AHU’s, Chillers and Chilled Water opportunities - in summary, all aspects of the HVAC business.

A self-motivated person who can work within a small team in all aspects of the division from customer liaison, to design to contract management would be well suited to this role.

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Develop new business opportunities, including but not limited to meeting with potential new clients, presenting and demonstrating the products and services to showcase Monodraught’s expertise.
  • Attend site to identify customer needs.
  • Be competent in the preparation of concise, competitive tenders.
  • Negotiate with the customer to convert and secure orders.
  • Project Manage contracts from start through to completion, ensuring the works are completed on time and within budget. It is expected that multiple projects are to be delivered simultaneously.
  • Liaise with the customers, suppliers, in-house installation team and other trades.
  • Maintain profit and manage payment expectations in line with company guidelines.
