Contract Accounts Coordinator

We are looking for Contract Accounts Administrator - Maternity Cover 1 year, likely to exceed.

Job Outline

To coordinate and process the order and invoice facility for external and internal clients and ensuring the smooth delivery of items by carrying out the relevant procedures:  completing documentation, keeping systems updated and dealing with any queries or problems as promptly as possible. There are five existing members of staff in this department. The role will require liaising with customers and the warehouse, managing the credit checking process for new & existing customers, ensuring relevant departments are made aware of potential credit risks. A close working relationship will be required with the Internal Sales team informing them of any incoming orders to enable updates on Sage CRM.

Any training required can be provided, but the ideal candidate will already have experience in finance, with an accurate attention to detail and the ability to work in a pressurised environment.

Experience

Experience of working in a busy office and spreadsheets, with a good knowledge of Excel at ideally an intermediate level. Order processing experience or a good knowledge of systems and reporting deadlines.
