We are looking for a Maintenance Sales Coordinator.

Job Outline

Monodraught Ltd is looking for a Maintenance Sales Co-ordinator provide administrative and sales support to our dynamic maintenance team.

The successful individual will be responsible for producing and issuing operation & maintenance information, overseeing the Maintenance / Service register and producing and issuing maintenance and service quotations for the full range of Monodraught products.

Proactively calling clients where quotations have been issued to determine the latest progress status, ensuring the sales database (CRM) is continually updated with changes and latest information. Reporting Monthly order numbers to management. Negotiating, securing orders, also providing support to our external and internal departments.

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop lists of prospects from using CRM database and other public records
  • Call prospective customers and explain type of maintenance services offered
  • Create quotes and service agreement offers, negotiation and close sales
  • Co-ordinating works in schedules with maintenance  engineers
  • Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
  • Track monthly personal sales
  • Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
